It was about 11 P.M. and I was alone in my apartment. I woke up because I was thirsty and my water bottle I had with me was empty. I had been on my way to the kitchen to refill it. It was a warm night and I had all of the windows open. I was just about to walk into the kitchen when I heard a light thud. I turned the corner just in time to see a glimpse of silver hair slip past the counter. I knew it was someone from the village, I just didn’t know whom.
